SHIPMENT

We process orders as soon as possible (between 1-3 days) and ship using one of the carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If you contact us before the item has been processed, the order can be cancelled and you will not incur any charges. If the order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel the order.

WHAT IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

We will only ship to the address at the time of the order. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the address prior to completing an order. If an item is returned as undeliverable, you will receive a refund minus the initial shipping costs. If you refuse a delivery, the order will be refunded after all applicable restocking and shipping fees are deducted. We will make every effort to ensure packages are delivered on-time and to the correct address. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure where your order is being delivered.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please refer to your order details for estimated shipping and estimated delivery dates. Please allow up to three (3) business days after the max estimated delivery date for your item to arrive. Always feel free to contact us to locate the status of your order. A representative will be happy to track down your order.

If you have tracked your order with tracking information we have provided and notice that your shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in pursuing a claim with the shipping service.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return a new product in the original condition within seven (7) days of the delivery of the original shipment. All original packaging and accessories must be included in the return shipment. Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility and the return shipment must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original shipment. Your return will be subject to a 20% processing fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. We may elect to provide a pre-paid return label as a convenience to handling your return.

All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to you upon contacting us. If you return an item without a Return Authorization Number, the return may not be processed and a refund will not be applied.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

  • Must be eligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items)
  • Must be return postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery
  • Must be in Original Condition
  • Must include all Original Packaging and Accessories
  • Must obtain a Return Authorization Number
  • Returns are subject to Restocking/Processing Fees plus Shipping Charges

Quality checks will be conducted and an item received in any condition other than originally described will be subject to processing and/or restocking fees. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the items price.  Any item in original condition that is postmarked for return more than seven (7) days after delivery, is subject to a fee up to 80% of the items price
